Our Pre-Engineered Metal Process
Every PEMB project begins with a fully engineered building system tailored to how the facility will operate. We define layout, clear spans, structural loads, and future expansion needs while coordinating with the client and design team. This early alignment ensures the building system supports both operational needs and site conditions.
While the building system is finalized, site work begins. Grading, foundations, and utilities are prepared based on engineered requirements. Because fabrication and site preparation happen in parallel, the overall schedule is significantly compressed.
Structural steel, framing, roof systems, and wall panels are fabricated in a controlled environment. This improves quality, reduces material waste, and minimizes the need for field adjustments. It is one of the key advantages of PEMB construction.
Once delivered, the building system is assembled on-site. Structural frames are set first, followed by secondary framing and enclosure systems. Because the system is pre-engineered to fit together, erection is fast, efficient, and predictable.
Final components, including insulation, doors, and finishing elements, are installed and coordinated with interior construction. After inspections and final approvals, the building is delivered ready for occupancy and operation.
